Dance Fitness Workout
The XT29 is characterized by its structure: 29 exercises, 29 minutes, combining effort and recovering in a format of 40/20 seconds and it is a global training method with which people of any age and physical condition will achieve all their short-term goals.
This is a dance class with the purpose of learning grooves from different rhythms that we can place in an easy to follow choreo in an hour of class.
